        1. This Street Rush (”Event”) is being organised by Classic Legends Private Limited (“CLPL/Organiser”)/ Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles.

      2. All Participants must – 

      • Register the for the Event as accordance with the terms laid herein. 
      • Be an owner of either Jawa or Yezdi Motorcycles. 
      • Ride their respective Jawa or Yezdi branded motorcycles during the Event. 
      • Carry and wear protective gears while riding their motorcycles. The gears will also be available, on a rental basis (as per availability & on sharing basis) at the Event for participants. 
      • Carry physical or digital copy of their valid driving license, vehicle insurance, vehicle registration certificates, pollution certificates and other documents as required by law etc. 
      • Attend the theoretical training before track riding. 
      • Agree and sign the indemnity form.

      3. Registration Process

      • Participants must register online at [Registration Website] and pay the registration fee to secure their spot in the event.
      • Participants must provide their full name, contact details, motorcycle make and model, and any other information required during registration.
      • We reserve the right to refuse any registration.

      4. Event Details

      • The event will take place on 30th April 2023 at Chicane Circuit, Hyderabad.
      • Participants must bring their own Jawa/Yezdi motorcycles to the event. Only street-legal motorcycles will be allowed on the race track.
      • Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all safety guidelines provided by the Organiser and the race track.

      5. Payment and Cancellation Policy 

      • The registration fee for the event is Rs. 499/- per entry. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
      • Participation once confirmed is non-refundable & non- transferable.
      • Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of the registration fee if they wish to opt out in such an event.

      6. Liability Waiver

      • By participating in the Event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
      • They are participating in the event at their own risk.
      • They are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.
      • They will follow all safety guidelines provided by the Organiser and the race track.
      • They release the Organiser, the race track, and all sponsors and partners of the event from any liability for injury or damages that may occur during the event.

      7. Disclaimer

      • Organiser makes no warranties or representations about the event or the use of the race track. Participants participate in the event at their own risk.
      • Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage to participants’ motorcycles or personal property during the event.

      8. Indemnification

      • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, the race track, and all sponsors and partners including their employees and subcontractors of the event from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their participation in the event.

      9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

      • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, India.
      • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.

      10. Intellectual Property

      • All intellectual property rights in the event, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by the Organiser or its partners and sponsors.
      • Participants agree not to use or reproduce any intellectual property related to the event without the prior written consent of the Organiser.

      11. Severability

      • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
